This 6-month programme is for early stage sales leaders looking to improve their management skills, learn the frameworks and processes they need to help their team deliver, and deliver their quota themselves. Managing a group of people and getting the most out of them, individually and collectively, can be challenging. As you go through this course, you will not only receive training for your role, but be also a part of a cohort of individuals going through a similar process in their own companies, providing networking and peer-to-peer support.
