What you’ll be doing?

As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Selling a transactional SaaS platform and SaaS marketing solutions to Key Accounts (Top 75 house builders) & smaller accounts (SME house builders) driving revenue growth.
  • Mapping out and understanding potential clients’ organisational and internal influence structures.
  • Building broad relationships from sales staff to Director/Owner level developing a deep understanding of their objectives, systems and processes to unlock opportunities.
  • Generating and managing your own pipeline of prospects from lead generation to paying customer, developing proposals and holding product demonstrations.
  • You will be an expert in our clients’ overall value proposition, products and tools; your technical and non-technical understanding of the solution will be comprehensive.
  • Conduct systematic market research to generate high-quality leads and identify key players;
  • Achieve and report on key KPIs agreed with the HOS
  • Reporting to the Account Director on key KPIs agreed with the Head of Sales.
